Akshata Benegal is a first generation lawyer and graduate from School of Law, Christ University. Akshata previously worked with Saakshya Law, Argus Partners and Aditya Narayan & Co. She has significant experience in litigation, arbitration and dispute advisory primarily in the real estate and information and technology sector, and regularly appears before multiple judicial and / quasi-judicial fora in Bangalore, including the High Court of Karnataka, City Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Sessions Courts, Magistrate Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Fora, and Arbitral Tribunals.
