Benjamin Sirota is an experienced litigator who focuses on competition‑related disputes, including civil antitrust litigation, trade secret matters, and M&A and other high‑stakes commercial actions. A former prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, Mr. Sirota frequently represents corporations and individuals in criminal and civil antitrust investigations brought by competition enforcers around the globe. Much of Mr. Sirota’s work is cross‑border and trial‑focused in nature. 

Mr. Sirota began his legal career as a litigator with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.  While at Debevoise, Mr. Sirota was awarded an externship to serve as a Special Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried numerous cases to verdict.  

Mr. Sirota is the former chair of the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Section.
