Hui Min is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices, and the Co-Head of the Real Estate Disputes practice. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, Hui Min has a strong practice in commercial litigation and arbitration involving complex and high value disputes in matters concerning joint ventures, commodities, international sale of goods, directors’ duties, shareholders, real estate and employment issues, and has acted in significant and high value international arbitration cases under the auspices of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and under other institutions.
In her real estate practice, Hui Min has acted for developers in property-related disputes, including matters under the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act against management corporations (MCSTs), and regularly advises and acts for developers and owners in respect of defects and tenancy disputes.
