Jennifer Bernardo is a Partner in the Employment & Compensation Law Practice Group in Baker McKenzie’s Toronto office. Jennifer is an experienced trial and appellate litigator, who has been recognized as a “Rising Star”, “One to Watch”, and “Next Generation Partner”.
Jennifer represents clients in administrative, corporate/commercial, employment, and labour matters before a variety of administrative tribunals, labour arbitrators, and all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. She has represented defendants in complex labour and employment arbitrations and civil claims, partnership disputes, multi‑million‑dollar employment class actions, and prominent administrative and public law matters, including those involving the Charter.
