Jonathan is Vice-President of the Board and a leading practitioner in municipal and land use law. Within the framework of the Act respecting land use planning and development and related municipal regulations, he advises real estate promoters, developers, and builders through every critical phase of their projects, from property acquisition to the negotiation of protocol agreements with public authorities.
He also guides clients in securing key authorizations from regulatory bodies, including the Ministère de l’Environnement, the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec, and local and regional municipalities.
Jonathan regularly appears before courts and administrative tribunals across Canada, where he is known for his practical, results-driven advocacy.
