Remy Choo Zheng Xi is the Founder and Joint Managing Director of RCLT Law Corporation and an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Remy is a trial, appellate and arbitration counsel whose practice covers complex and cross-border civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration with a specialisation in company related litigation. He regularly leads cases at all levels of the Singapore Courts, including at the apex Court, the Court of Appeal.
Remy has been briefed to act as counsel in numerous landmark cases across a spectrum of disciplines including cases involving directors duties and minority oppression disputes, equity and trusts, trademark and intellectual property, constitutional and administrative law and employment law.
Remy was ranked among Singapore's Top 20 Lawyers by the Straits Times in its "Best Law Firms of the Year" ranking (2024), and was the first Singaporean recipient of the International Bar Association's Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award in 2016. He holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
