Scott Berman is a highly sought-after attorney with an established record of success spanning 25 years. In 2019, Scott established Berman North, a boutique employment law firm, with Stacy North. Prior to founding Berman North, he was a partner at Pierce & Shearer, LLP, where he practiced for 14 years. His practice is a combination of advising, counseling and litigation. Maxine Chesney of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the Hon. Robert Boochever of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Scott is a member of the Palo Alto Area Bar Association, as well as a member of the Insurance Section and Labor and Employment Section of the California Bar Association.
