Sheryl is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.
Sheryl's practice spans the full spectrum of contentious and advisory construction work, with particular depth in domestic and international arbitration and litigation across all court levels, from the State Courts to the High Court. She has advised and/or represented major multinational corporations and leading local construction companies in high-value disputes involving landmark infrastructure, acting across the full contractual chain — for employers, main contractors, and subcontractors alike. Her contentious practice is complemented by strong expertise in statutory adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act.
Across both advisory and contentious workstreams, Sheryl has taken increasing responsibility for client engagement, tactical planning and the execution of hearings and written advocacy. Her role extends beyond technical analysis to shaping broader strategy and coaching junior team members, reflecting her growing profile within the firm’s construction disputes practice.
Beyond her practice, Sheryl is an active contributor to the construction law community. She has delivered presentations at the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) on topics including defects claims, collaborative contracting, and the emerging role of technology and AI in construction disputes, reflecting both her technical breadth and her commitment to advancing the profession.
