King & Spalding has hired a senior finance partner to add its corporate, finance and investments (CFI) practice in Asia.

 

Andrew Brereton joins the firm from Clifford Chance. He has more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions and investors on complex cross border financing and restructuring transactions.

 

“Andrew’s experience of providing premium legal advice to many of the world’s largest financial institutions, coupled will his stellar portfolio of work for alternative credit fund clients, signifies a unique blend of expertise that is a great complement to our practice,” said Todd Holleman, head of the firm’s CFI practice.
