Lewis Brisbois adds product liability and construction expertise in Portland

Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith has hired a new partner in Portland.

Elizabeth MacGregor joins the firm's product liability and construction practices as a partner from Lorber Greenfield & Polito.

MacGregor has experience litigating casualty, products liability and construction defect cases.

She is admitted in both Oregon and Washington and has argued cases before the Oregon Court of Appeals. Most recently, she obtained over $1 million from a subcontractor on behalf of her general contractor client in an arbitration proceeding.
