Seyfarth Shaw has hired a new partner in New York.
Ingrid Manevitz joins the litigation department from Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas where she was a partner in the litigation and real estate groups.
Manevitz represents clients in cooperative and condominium related disputes which covers disputes regarding construction and design defects, alterations, access to neighbouring properties, holders of unsold shares, discrimination, reasonable accommodations, mould, lead contamination and short term rentals.
She also provides counselling to cooperative corporations and condominiums and their managing agents on corporate governance and other matters.
The hiring of Manevitz is in addition to two earlier partner hires in the litigation department in New York.
