Cooley has welcomed Stella Sarma as special counsel in its Brussels office. Sarma joins the antitrust and competition team from Latham & Watkins.
The US firm launched its London office in 2015 and has since expanded globally by opening an office in Brussels earlier this year.
Sarma’s focus is on global merger control risks and she has experience in cross-border transactions in technology and in the healthcare sector.
Cooley was recognised in the inaugural addition of Benchmark Litigation Europe for its dispute resolution work.
