Mayer Brown has hired a new commercial litigation partner in Paris.
Emile Vasseur joins the litigation department from Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. Vasseur has experience in civil, commercial and securities litigation.
She advises on conflicts between shareholders, disputes relating to managers and directors’ liability, post-acquisition difficulties or strategic law issues.
