Bahram Seyedin-Noor is a strategist and trial lawyer. His record of arbitration awards, trial victories, dismissals, and successful confidential settlements results from his laser focus on clients’ business and litigation objectives from the outset.

Over the last twenty-five years, Bahram has achieved dozens of victories in securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, arbitrations, and fiduciary duty disputes. He obtained a complete dismissal of a securities class action on behalf of the former interim-CFO of Marvell Technology Group Ltd.; a complete arbitration victory for another technology client and its officers resulting in an award of attorney’s fees; and a successful settlement of a multi-forum dispute involving an energy development project. He has also helped clients recover millions of dollars on the plaintiff ’s side.

His consistent, successful litigation practice has been recognized by major industry rankings and publications. In 2021 and 2019, Benchmark Litigation named Bahram the “San Francisco Attorney of the Year” and nominated him for “California Securities Litigation Attorney of the Year” alongside only three other attorneys in the State in multiple years. Chambers & Partners ranks Bahram among California’s top securities litigation practitioners. In 2018, the National Law Journal named Bahram an “Elite Boutique Trailblazer,” and The Daily Journal recognized Alto Litigation firm as one of the Top Boutique firms in California. Bahram has also been selected to Super Lawyers since 2015.

Bahram, a Harvard Law School graduate, moved on from a successful partnership at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati to create Alto Litigation in 2013. Bahram cultivates a firm culture at Alto Litigation that emphasizes trial practice, technology, and creative fee arrangements to achieve clients’ goals. Under Bahram’s leadership, Alto Litigation has crafted a reputation for excellence. It has enabled the firm to recruit a top-notch team of highly credentialed litigators trained at blue-chip firms.

He is also focused, both personally and professionally, on supporting communities and causes in need. Alto Litigation consistently contributes financial resources and effort to pro bono legal matters and charitable organizations in the San Francisco region and California more broadly.

Bahram has lectured at Berkeley Law on securities litigation, taught Civil Procedure at Hastings Law School, and taught at Stanford Law School’s trial advocacy workshop.
