• Represented Tishman Speyer, a world-renowned real estate developer, operator and fund management company, in an arbitration against the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) against Tishman Speyer, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tishman Speyer in China
• Represented Shaanxi Yingde Gases Co., Ltd. and Hansheng Yingda Gases Co., Ltd., the domestic operating entities of Yingde Gases, Asia's largest industrial gas supplier, in an arbitration against Shaanxi Longmen Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. over a gas supply contract for investment and construction, and the arbitration institution was the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
