Beijing Dentons (Nanjing) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Dentons Nanjing" or "the Firm") was formerly established in 1999 as Jiangsu Liansheng Law Firm, and merged into Dentons in 2010. Since its establishment, Dentons Nanjing has been one of the largest comprehensive law firms in Jiangsu Province and East China, providing professional, efficient and timely legal services to domestic and foreign clients. Our firm is one of the first law firms in Jiangsu Province to establish a Party Committee, and it is also the first law firm in Jiangsu Province to establish a Youth League Committee.
Dentons Nanjing currently has 490 employees, including 407 practicing lawyers and 223 partners (including consultants and senior consultants). Relying on excellent lawyers and other professionals, Dentons Nanjing closely follows the development of international and domestic markets and legal service hotspots, and has established a number of professional departments with optimized knowledge structure, clear professional directions, and social needs. Through continuous optimization and integration, a legal service team with a high degree of specialization, standardized management, orderly operation and efficient service has been gradually formed. Since its establishment, Dentons Nanjing has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Excellent Law Firm", "Civilized Unit of Jiangsu Province", "Youth Civilization", "Jiangsu Famous Brand of Service Industry", "Advanced Law Firm" and "Advanced Collective of Legal Aid in Jiangsu Province".
