Beijing Dentons (Nanjing) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Dentons Nanjing" or "the Firm") was formerly established in 1999 as Jiangsu Liansheng Law Firm, and merged into Dentons in 2010. Since its establishment, Dentons Nanjing has been one of the largest comprehensive law firms in Jiangsu Province and East China, providing professional, efficient and timely legal services to domestic and foreign clients. Our firm is one of the first law firms in Jiangsu Province to establish a Party Committee, and it is also the first law firm in Jiangsu Province to establish a Youth League Committee.
