Alex Huang graduated from the Law School of Shenzhen University, with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree in International Law.

From May 2008 to April 2020, he practiced at AllBright Law Offices, serving as a National Senior Partner and a Member of the Management Committee of its Shenzhen Office. Since May 2020, he has led his team to join Llinks Law Offices and co-founded the Shenzhen Office of Llinks Law Offices with other partners. He has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) and South China International Arbitration Center (HK)  (SCIAHK). He currently acts as a mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), CCPIT Mediation Center and Shenzhen Lanhai Center for Legal Ascertainment and Commercial Mediation. Meanwhile, he holds the positions of Part-time Tutor of Shenzhen University, Vice President of the Alumni Association of the Law School of Shenzhen University and Vice President of Shenzhen Legal Culture Research Association.

As a professional commercial lawyer with both transaction practice and dispute resolution capabilities, Alex Huang excels at resolving commercial disputes with a transaction-oriented mindset and conducting transaction risk prevention and control from a dispute resolution perspective. In recent years, he has served as Presiding Arbitrator or Sole Arbitrator in more than 300 arbitration cases, playing a core role in facilitating the substantive settlement of disputes and the effective resolution of conflicts for the parties involved. As Lead Counsel, he has led his team to represent clients in hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, providing full-cycle comprehensive legal support for clients in respect of property preservation, commercial dispute resolution and enforcement of effective judicial decisions.

In addition to dispute resolution practice, Alex Huang has been deeply engaged in legal practice in the fields of finance, securities, investment and financing for more than a decade, with extensive professional experience and a broad industry perspective. He has led his team to act as legal counsel for numerous domestic and cross-border investment and financing, capital market, corporate M&A and real estate projects, providing customized professional legal opinions and actionable legal support for financial institutions, large state-owned enterprises, listed companies and investment funds in the aspects of transaction planning, risk prevention and control, and project landing and implementation.
