Alexandra Sadinsky is a Partner at Elsberg Baker & Maruri.
Alexandra Sadinsky has worked on a number of high-profile litigations in the federal courts, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and other state courts across the country. Her practice includes the representation of corporations, directors, officers, and other individuals in derivative and class action lawsuits, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions disputes, and complex commercial and securities litigation. Alexandra’s recent representative matters also include disputes involving claims of trade secret misappropriation, commercial contract disputes relating to investor rights, and matters involving financial fraud.
Alexandra served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Denny Chin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi of the United States District Court for the District of NewJersey. She was an Adjunct Professor of Law, First Year Legal Writing Program at Fordham Law School from 2020 to 2022.
Alexandra earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham Law School, where she was a Senior Articles Editor for the Fordham Law Review and a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board. Alexandra is a member of the Fordham Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.
