Bertrand Giroux

Bertrand Giroux is a seasoned legal professional with over three decades of experience, specializing in insolvency and commercial litigation. Renowned for his strategic approach and exceptional legal skills, Bertrand has successfully handled complex cases such as the restructuring of Groupe Hexagone and the liquidation of the Norbourg and Évolution investment funds. His expertise also extends to privacy, defamation, unfair competition and crisis management. 

Bertrand obtained his LLB from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1985, laying the foundation for his illustrious legal career.
