Erin is a principal lawyer (partner) in our Indigenous Law Group, specializing in advising First Nations clients on critical aspects of environmental and regulatory matters, including joint and First Nations‑led processes and economic development strategies. She supports First Nations clients in advocating for the meaningful implementation of UNDRIP, ensuring that communities have a strong foundation to increase jurisdiction and reach self‑determination. In addition to her work with our Indigenous Law Group, Erin practices in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Groups.

With broad experience in Aboriginal, environmental, administrative law, and economic development, Erin is committed to empowering First Nations communities and organizations. Her skills extend to advising clients on governance structuring, land and resource planning, government‑to‑government agreements, and legislative reform.
