He is a trusted advisor for clients across the construction ladder, adeptly handling disputes over warranty and defects as well as delays and cost overruns relating to force majeure, COVID-19, changed site conditions, scope of work changes, owner interference, and other construction impact claims.
Jamieson is particularly known for his expertise in advising clients on the construction of large energy infrastructure projects across Canada. His practical, business-oriented solutions are sought after by a diverse array of stakeholders in the construction industry including owners, developers, contractors, trades, and original equipment manufacturers.
Beyond construction, Jamieson excels in resolving a wide array of commercial disputes.
