Jennie is a commercial litigator and arbitration counsel who advises clients on construction, real estate, and complex contractual disputes across a range of industries. She also has significant experience in administrative law and employment-related matters.
She regularly represents clients before administrative tribunals, in statutory appeals, and in applications for judicial review. Her administrative law practice is informed by her early experience in the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
Jennie also assists clients with employment law matters, including employee terminations, wrongful dismissal claims, and human rights complaints.
