Dr. Le Net is a Partner at LNT & Partners, leading the firm’s Infrastructure practice. He has served as an arbitrator at VIAC (since 2007), SIAC (since 2018), and BAC, SCIA (since 2025).

He has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution under leading arbitral forums, including VIAC, SIAC, ICC, and Swiss Arbitration. He has also advised on international proceedings before the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) and the High Court in London, United Kingdom.

In addition to his legal practice, he is a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Law Association, a member of the National Bar Council, and Deputy Director of the Lawyer Professional Training Center under the Vietnam Bar Federation.

  • Advised a state-owned electricity utility on the legal assessment of the mobilisation and payment for electricityin respect of power plants subject to administrative penalties for breaches of regulations on construction acceptance;

  • Advised a state-owned electricity utility on the legal basis for the mobilisation and payment for electricity both prior to and following the effective date of Decree No. 17/2022/ND-CP, inrelation to power plants that had not yet obtained written approval of acceptance inspection results from the competent state authority;

  • Assessed the legal basis for the provisional and final settlement of electricity payments topower plants mobilised by a state-owned electricity utility to generate electricity to the national grid during the period prior tothe issuance of their Electricity Operation Licences;

  • Advised and represented a state-owned electricity utility (as Employer) in resolving a dispute with a consortium comprising adomestic industrial group, a logistics company, and an import-export company concerning the contract for the supply of imported coal for the commissioning and acceptance of a thermal power plant project, before the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC);

  • Advised and acted in the arbitration proceedings on behalf of a national oil and gas group in adispute arising out of, and in connection with, a contract for the sale and purchase of induction bends signed between the client and a foreign contractor (“the Dispute”), administered by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC);
