Lucie Lanctuit is a litigator with experience in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on class actions and contract disputes. She has appeared before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal of Québec.
Lucie also has extensive experience with commissions of inquiry, having served as counsel to the Commission of Inquiry on the Awarding and Management of Public Contracts in the Construction Industry (Charbonneau Commission).
Prior to joining McMillan, she worked as a research lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Québec, with the Honourable Pierre J. Dalphond and in various national law firms.
