Olivier Fraticelli is a Senior Counsel at LCM Attorneys Inc. with more than 35 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Called to the Québec Bar in 1985 and previously a member of the Paris Bar (1981–2021), he brings a broad, cross-border perspective to complex disputes.

Before joining LCM in 2017, he founded Fraticelli Provost, a boutique litigation firm, where he practised for over two decades as a principal partner. His practice focuses on professional liability, construction law, insurance law, civil liability, and product liability, where he advises and represents clients in high-stakes matters.

Mr. Fraticelli is consistently recognized by Lexpert as a leading practitioner in professional liability and insurance law. He was also selected by his peers as “Lawyer of the Year” in construction law in The Best Lawyers in Canada (2015).

He regularly advises and represents French individuals and corporations in connection with their activities in Québec.
