Advises investors to trigger their business ventures in the project & infrastructure sector. Drafts and negotiates complex project documents (Renewable Energy & Infrastructure) and arrangements providing regulatory, compliance and joint venture guidance. Advises on many Project Finance transactions involving creation & perfection of securities (onshore and offshore). Delivers advice and guidance on matters such as licensing, compliance, and banking. Supports foreign investors with structuring and setting up their business ventures ensuring compliance with local laws. Advises on high-stake Dispute resolution (Arbitration & Conciliation matters).
