Yusfa Perdana is an Indonesian dispute resolution lawyer specialising in commercial litigation and complex dispute resolution. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Perdana & Rekan Law Firm, where he leads the firm’s litigation and corporate matters practice.
Yusfa has an extensive experience representing both multinational corporations and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including commercial and contractual matters, shareholder conflicts, employment disputes, land and property disputes. In addition, he advises on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, enabling him to assist clients in anticipating, mitigating, and strategically managing potential disputes from a commercial perspective.
