Greenberg Traurig has hired a new IP shareholder in San Francisco.
David Bloch joins the intellectual property litigation practice from Winston & Strawn. Bloch is a veteran intellectual property litigator and he focuses on helping his clients understand the complex technical and legal issues that their businesses face.
Previously Bloch has handled cases regarding patent infringement, copyright, trademark and trade secret issues, he has also had experience in cases relating to intellectual property in government contracts, for clients in the financial services, technology, health care and pharmaceutical industries.
Bloch is not the only new hire for the firm. In the past year the firm has strengthened its intellectual property and litigation practice in the Bay Area with hires in Silicon Valley and San Francisco.
