Greenberg Traurig has hired two new shareholders in Miami including a commercial disputes lawyer.
Michael Strauch joins the firm as a shareholder from Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod. Strauch is experienced in commercial, finance, real estate and banking disputes. Previously he has acted for Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
The firm also hired corporate partner Michael Taylor from Holland & Knight in Portland.
This follows the hire earlier in the month in the same office of Michael Kreitzer as a shareholder from Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod where he was the chair of the firm’s litigation group. Kreitzer has experience representing national and international firms in consequential disputes.
