Represented and successfully defended KMPs, individuals and Companies before Trial Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Courts accused of corruption etc. and successfully defended persons accused of offences against human body.

    Represented and defended a politician before the Supreme Court who was alleged to have committed offences punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act.  The Supreme Court quashed the FIR inter alia on the ground that it was politically motivated and the investigation was de hors sanction. I managed the matter for end to end which included briefing two senior counsels in the Supreme Court.
  • Represented the victim in Ponty Chaddha matter before the supreme Court where the court clarified the law on previous statements under the evidence act and permitted the prosecution to confront the witnesses with their previous statements made before the juvenile justice board.
  • Represented a politician before the Supreme court where the question arose was "whether sanction for prosecution under Section 17A is required to be obtained in complaints filed before the amendment in PC Act" and the matter was referred to larger bench and tagged with Manju Surana which is deciding the question "Does a magistrate take cognizance when he issues a direction under Section 156(3) CrPC.
  • Represented a politician before the Supreme Court in an Election matter where the returned candidate was granted permission to cross examine the election petitioner on issues raised in recrimination petition-after the demise of the recrimination petitioner.
