Brad Dixon, K.C. is a Vancouver‑based partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and National Co‑Leader of the firm’s Class Actions Focus Group. He is widely recognized across Canada as leading counsel in class action defence and complex commercial litigation. Brad regularly represents Canadian and multinational corporations and financial institutions in high‑stakes class proceedings, achieving precedent‑setting results, including the dismissal of proposed class actions before certification, successful opposition to certification applications, and defence of actions through common issues trials. His experience spans consumer and statutory claims, product liability and competition law matters, privacy breach and cybersecurity‑related class actions, environmental class actions, and broader commercial and public law disputes. Brad was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990 and was appointed King’s Counsel in 2023.
