Dominique Ménard is a founding partner and the Managing Partner of LCM Attorneys. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial litigation. She represents businesses, public organizations, and senior executives in complex, high‑stakes disputes and is recognized for her ability to lead large‑scale mandates and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Her strategic approach is grounded in a strong understanding of her clients’ operational and reputational realities.
A seasoned litigator, Dominique has developed extensive expertise in administrative and employment law, including governance and internal investigations, as well as construction law and class actions. She is also highly experienced in extraordinary remedies, including seizures and injunctions, and is regularly appointed by the courts as an independent supervising lawyer in the execution of Anton Piller orders, notably in complex fraud matters involving cryptocurrency.
