Lisa represents some of the world’s top companies and often serves as national or global coordinating counsel, advising on multijurisdictional litigation and regulatory strategy. She has extensive experience as lead national counsel in Canadian class actions and has been involved in precedent-setting decisions on class action procedure, pre-certification dismissals, defence cost recovery, cross-border discovery, and settlements. She also advises on multijurisdictional investigations, including those involving privacy breaches, competition issues, and regulatory compliance.
Her practice includes significant experience in cross-border and international investigations, particularly cartel and conspiracy matters.
