Ross Nasseri LLP is widely recognized as a premier Canadian litigation boutique that specializes in civil and regulatory litigation. The firm and its individual partners have received multiple accolades from leading publications for their litigation work. Ross Nasseri’s lawyers are battle-tested: They all boast a significant record of published cases and also have extensive experience in private forums such as domestic and international commercial arbitrations and confidential investigations. Ross Nasseri litigators have built a reputation as fearless and tenacious advocates who fight for their clients’ interests inside and outside of the courtroom.

The firm’s civil/regulatory practice includes corporate/commercial disputes, estates litigation, construction cases, administrative/regulatory discipline hearings, large scale class actions, shareholder disputes, injunctions, private investigations, and oppression cases. The firm is also one of few with expertise in acting on and providing advice in situations where there are parallel or concurrent civil, criminal, and regulatory proceedings.

Ross Nasseri’s clientele includes major developers, tech companies, publicly traded companies, regulated professionals, government entities, and privately held businesses of all sizes. RN lawyers are valued for their mature litigation instincts and their ability to either resolve cases on favourable terms or push them forward expeditiously to a hearing.
