Carina Chiu

Carina is a Partner in the firm’s Vancouver office where she is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Carina acts for clients involved in complex, commercial disputes across various industries, including technology, forestry, healthcare, and mining. In particular, Carina’s experiences involved acting as counsel in various high-profile disputes attracting media attention, including in the commercial leasing sector. Carina has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
