Defending product liability claims, including drug and medical device claims;
Litigating commercial disputes such as contract, fraud, and intellectual property rights claims;
Arbitrating and litigating franchise matters, which are often franchisor disputes with franchisees, area representatives, consumers, and vendors;
Enforcing arbitration agreements and awards; and
Litigating requests for discovery in aid of foreign proceedings under Section 1782.
In these and other matters, David has represented a range of clients—manufacturers, aerospace companies, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, energy companies, franchisors, insurers, individuals, and more—before a variety of state and federal courts in Connecticut and around the country, as well as before government agencies and arbitral forums.
