Joe is a Litigation Partner and focuses his practice on high stakes litigation and arbitration. He represents public corporations, privately held companies, and high net worth individuals in a range of business litigation and other complex disputes. He has extensive experience representing clients in “business divorces,” including partnerships, family owned businesses, and other closely held companies. He also represents companies in litigation arising out of corporate transactions, including disputes over milestone payments, earn-outs, and other breach of contract claims. He represents clients in a range of industries, including life sciences, health care, technology, real estate, investment, and other industries.
Joe is a Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Commercial & Business Litigation Committee and editor-in-chief of the Committee’s quarterly newsletter. He also is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Federal Practice Section. His achievements have been recognized by Benchmark Litigation, The Connecticut Law Tribune, and New England Super Lawyers.
