Ms. Moskowitz currently represents Epic Games in two separate actions against Apple and Google alleging that the companies are engaged in anticompetitive behavior in the distribution of mobile apps and the handling of in-app purchases. Ms. Moskowitz was part of the trial team for the case against Apple, which was tried in May 2021. She continues to represent Epic in its case against Google.

Reflecting the breadth of her practice, Ms. Moskowitz also represents Louis Dreyfus Company in its Fifth Circuit appeal in an action brought by the Port of Houston Authority relating to the lease agreement for a grain elevator, railroad system and surrounding infrastructure; Occidental Petroleum in antitrust litigation concerning oil and gas production in Laramie County, Wyoming; Abiomed in patent infringement litigation relating to patents for guidance systems used in intravascular blood pumps; and Blackstone’s global credit business in an adversary proceeding and chapter 15 case brought by the bankruptcy estate of Norske Skogindustrier seeking the avoidance of certain transactions.

Ms. Moskowitz recently represented the Boston Red Sox in securing the dismissal, affirmed on appeal, of consolidated purported class action litigation brought by daily fantasy sports contest participants relating to allegations involving electronic sign-stealing. She also represented Goldman Sachs in securing the dismissal, affirmed on appeal, of breach of contract and fraud claims brought by a former client based on alleged breaches of obligations owed by Goldman Sachs in connection with the syndication of financing for a $3 billion acquisition. She additionally won summary judgment for AngloGold Ashanti in litigation alleging breach of contract, fraudulent inducement and violations of federal and state securities statutes in connection with the company’s sale of a gold mine in Colorado.

Ms. Moskowitz devotes a portion of her practice to pro bono service. She successfully handled the trial and Second Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court appeals in a pro bono matter involving an international custody dispute, which made new law regarding the application of equitable tolling to the “now settled” defense to a child’s return to her home country under the Hague Convention.

Ms. Moskowitz received a B.A. with distinction in 2002 from Cornell University. She joined Cravath in 2005 after obtaining her J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law. After a clerkship with Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, she returned to the Firm in 2007 and was elected a partner in 2012.
