Lenny Traps is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He litigates a wide range of complex commercial matters, including securities, shareholder derivative, M&A, antitrust, contract, and product liability cases in federal and state court and in arbitration.
Lenny also maintains an active pro bono practice, and has successfully briefed and argued pro bono appeals in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuit and the New York Appellate Division.
Lenny has been recognized as a “Future Star” by Benchmark Litigation (2022), and was named to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under List” (2022 - 2023).
