Mark Evans, managing partner of Smart & Biggar’s Toronto office, is widely recognized as one of Canada’s leading trademark lawyers and a highly respected litigator. He has significant experience in all aspects of trademark law including trademark and trade-dress litigation, brand selection and clearance, trademark prosecution, oppositions and cancellations and licensing and merchandising.
