Melvin See is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He is also the Co-Head of the International Arbitration practice, as well as the China Business Group and the Brunei Desk.

He advises clients on a wide range of civil and commercial matters and navigates them through disputes to achieve their goals, drawing from his over 20 years of experience in litigation, international arbitration and mediation. These clients include state-owned entities, Fortune 500 companies, trustees and insolvency office holders. He also defends doctors facing disciplinary proceedings and healthcare institutions facing claims or regulatory investigations.

Melvin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) Certified Mediator.

He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Professional Conduct Council that gives guidance to lawyers on ethical issues.
