Sarah McEachern is a partner in BLG’s Vancouver office where she is the regional manager for commercial and construction disputes.
She helps clients find solutions to complex disputes through both litigation and arbitration. Her experience includes disputes in a broad range of fields including commercial, mining, health, construction, energy, and aviation sectors. Sarah’s expertise extends to international and domestic commercial arbitration hearings in Asia, Europe, and North America, enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, jurisdictional disputes and licensing disputes, and commercial dispute resolution and negotiations in the health sector. Sarah also acts as arbitrator.
Sarah is recognized as leading counsel by Benchmark, Lexpert, Who’s Who Legal and Expert Guides. She received her JD from the University of Toronto (2007) and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2008.
