(client) in a financial loan contract dispute with Guangdong Lanyue Energy Development Co., LTD., the Import and Export Branch of Kailuan Group International Logistics Co., LTD., and Kailuan Group International Logistics Co., LTD. This case was heard by the Intermediate People's Court of Guangzhou and the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province. The disputed amount was 100 million yuan. The case went through multiple legal procedures including the first instance, second instance, remand for retrial, bankruptcy liquidation, and compulsory execution, which maximized the protection of the client's legitimate rights and interests.

(" the client ") and Guo Dian North China International Electric Power Engineering (Beijing) Co., LTD. (the client) in a equipment contract dispute case against Shanghai Electric Group Co., LTD. The case was arbitrated at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, with a dispute amount of 600 million yuan, and we won the case comprehensively, and recovered direct economic losses of 174 million yuan for the client.
