Ni Tongmu, male, born in August 1966, holds a PhD in Economic Law from Nanjing University and is a first-class lawyer. He has been practicing law since 1995. He once served as the director of Jiangsu Tianhao Law Firm. Since October 2010, he has been one of the founding partners to establish the Nanjing branch of AllBright. He currently serves as the executive committee member of AllBright, the registered director of the Nanjing branch, and the general party branch secretary.

Lawyer Ni Tongmu focuses on litigation and arbitration in the fields of company equity, real estate and construction projects, banking and other financial services, as well as domestic and foreign trade and investment. He has successfully represented civil and commercial dispute cases involving tens of billions of yuan. It also provides long-term legal advisory services to government agencies, banks and other financial institutions, and state-owned enterprises, and provides special legal services to state-owned and private enterprise groups in issuing corporate bonds, corporate bonds, medium-term notes, ultra-short-term financing bonds and other debt financing instruments.

  • Represented a (BVI) company to apply to the Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court not to enforce the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission [2020] China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Jingcai Zi No. 0179 (enforcement subject matter 220 million yuan), and submitted to Beijing No. 4 Intermediate People's Court applied to revoke the aforementioned arbitration award. At the same time, the Nanjing Intermediate Court raised objections to its "Execution Decision" and "Consumption Restriction Order" that restricted the original legal representative of a certain (BVI) company from leaving the country. After the Beijing No. 4 Intermediate People's Court held a hearing, it proposed a re-arbitration to the CIETAC. The CIETAC accepted the opinion of the Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court and agreed to re-arbitrate the case. The Nanjing Intermediate People's Court subsequently ruled to terminate the review of the non-execution case, terminate the execution, and lift the seizure and freeze of all assets of a (BVI) company. The Higher People's Court of Jiangsu Province also made a final ruling to lift the restrictions on exit and height restrictions on the original legal representative of a (BVI) company, thereby fully realizing the entrustment goal proposed by a (BVI) company.
  • Represented two disputes over real estate contract disputes between Nanjing Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Tongxi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. through joint venture and cooperative development. By filing new lawsuits, applying for property preservation, etc., we successfully prompted the other party to take the initiative to resolve the two cases. A package of mediation recommendations was provided, and a mediation agreement was finally reached under the auspices of the Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's Court, successfully recovering more than 200 million yuan in economic losses for the client.
  • Represented the Suzhou Branch of a foreign-funded bank in a financial loan contract dispute against a Changzhou Industrial Co., Ltd. and a Changzhou Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (the subject amount was 249 million yuan). The client’s claims were obtained in the first instance, second instance and retrial proceedings. Supported by the People's Court.
  • Represented Jiangsu Huihong International Group Zhongtian Holdings Co., Ltd. in a storage contract dispute case against Changshu Huihai Chemical Storage Co., Ltd., Changshu Huihai Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Southern Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., prompting the other party to enter into a dispute with Jiangsu Huihong International Group Co., Ltd. Tian Holdings Co., Ltd. reached a mediation agreement regarding the 200 million yuan loss of warehousing goods it claimed, and the Wuhan Maritime Court issued a "Civil Mediation Letter", achieving the client's litigation purpose.
