Mr. FANG Ye graduated from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) with a Master’s degree in law in 2010.
Mr. Fang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2010 and was promoted to be a partner in 2017.
Mr. Fang specializes in litigation and arbitration, protection of intellectual property rights, liquidation and bankruptcy. In 2016, Mr. Fang was ranked as “Next Generation Lawyers” in dispute resolution by Legal 500, and was awarded “30 Under 30” by LegalBand.
Mr. Fang has extensive experience in dispute resolution. He has represented in and dealt with a number of litigation and arbitration cases before courts, arbitration institutions and administrative organizations over various places in and out of China, involving areas such as trade, investment, information, real estate, property management, minerals, dangerous chemical and infrastructures. His clients include Jihua Group Co., Ltd, Air Liquide (China) Holding Co., Ltd, Founder Group, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., Daimler Greater China Investment Co., Ltd, Woori Bank, Henderson Land Development Company Limited, etc.
Mr. Fang also provides daily legal advice to several enterprises including one of the Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Fang was admitted to PRC bar in 2009.
Mr. Fang is a native mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
