Mr. Quesnel has successfully obtained and contested injunctions in a range of contexts, including challenges to public calls for tenders, shareholder disputes, and the enforcement of non‑competition and non‑solicitation obligations. He also has significant experience in seizures before judgment and Anton Piller orders, and is frequently appointed by the courts as an independent supervising lawyer in the execution of such orders.
In addition, Mr. Quesnel has developed a recognized expertise in professional conflicts and disqualification matters. He is a member of the firm’s conflicts committee, and is often retained by leading law firms to advise and act in complex disqualification proceedings.
