Arnold & Porter, an international law firm based in Washington DC is opening a new office in Seoul. The firm’s core practice areas include intellectual property, competition law, M&A, dispute resolution and international trade related matters.
The Seoul office will be led by James Lee from White & Case, where he worked as partner. He focuses on cross-border commercial disputes, class action defense, intentional arbitrations, investigations and business torts.
