Anay Banhatti has left Economic Laws Practice (ELP) after almost 12 years, where he was the tax partner of the firm, to join the Bombay bar for his independent practice.
Banhatti focuses on both direct and indirect tax litigation and advisory. He also advices on customs, excise, service tax, sales tax and foreign trade policy.
