Clark Hill has hired a new labor team in Los Angeles.
The four new lawyers will join the labor and employment practice. Rafael Nendel-Flores and Guillermo Tello join as members and Jose Cabada and Yesi Lagunas join as associates, all of the new lawyers were formerly at LeClairRyan.
Nendel-Flores represents clients in complex employment matters which includes wage and hour class actions, employment tax litigation and audits and appellate litigation. He has experience with California wage-hour compliance, independent contractor issues, drafting and enforcing arbitration agreements and Federal-WARN Act and California-WARN Act compliance.
Tello represents clients in litigation and his experience covers single plaintiff and multi-party complex actions. It also covers class and representative actions which includes claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour and prevailing wage disputes and business and commercial litigation.
Cabada represents clients in employment related matters which includes claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and wage and hour violations. Lagunas specialises in labour and employment litigation.
